OVH Cloud review: vps

I bought vps service from you on February 15th. I gave up on the purchase because you wanted ID and passport documents and started the refund process. You stated that for the transaction on February 15, you made the refund on March 2nd. The calendar leaves are showing March 27 and still no refund to my bank account. I wanted the document that you made a refund to be sent to me. You have returned that my status will be verified by your administrators. I get service products from various cities and companies around the world, but I have never met a company like you before. First, you stated that you made a refund on March 2nd. I asked for proof of your refund. This time, you took the job uphill again. There is neither a document nor a return. I request an immediate refund to me.
