When opened, the package contained only ONE packet of Grakcu, instead of the two I had ordered and paid for in cash. Unless you can assure me this is not necessary, in future I shall not hand over the cash for Lazada packages until I have opened them and ensured they contain what I have ordered.

Claimed loss: 450 baht.
Desired outcome: Either refund me the money I am owed (450 baht) or send me the second packet of Grakcu as ordered. This is the second time in less than two weeks that I have been sent only one item when I had ordered two.

I ordered and paid for two items, but only received one. I did not realise this was the case until after I had paid for the package and opened it later - by which time the courier had taken my payment for two items and gone.
