First off these people are very cold hearted, greedy selfish. I'm currently on hospice due to breast cancer also low hemoglobin, fluid on my lungs, on oxygen. My bill was due February 10, I went to the hospital for chest pains, so I couldn't pay on time. When I was released from the hospital didn't receive a notice for disconnection, but yesterday I received it, and they're giving me 1 day to get it paid $388 my bill has never been over $300 due to my AC not working..I'm calling channel 9 news to do an investigation, also if they turn my lights off I'm calling my social worker whom warned them that they should not turn my lights off due to I'm on oxygen. They still don't care! Horrible business.
