Otobi Limited (Animesh Kundu-Managing Director) review: additional payment to get seat at the front row

Dear Sir/Madam,

On 28 June 2017 I purchased air ticket of Air Asia for 01 July 2017 from Delhi to Kolkata (Flight No. AK 15 545). I paid INR 400 to get seat at the front row on priority basis. But I did not get seat in the front row (Booking no. XIDLYS).

That incident was very embarrassing for me while my business partners were with me.

Please look into the matter and compensate as per your policy.
