OTL Gouverneur Hotel in Sherbrooke Quebec Canada – The hotel has not honored the cancellation through booking.com #[protected] pin #6334

I booked a room at the OTL Gouverneur hotel in Sherbrooke, Quebec, Canada I had 2 pets which they claimed to happily accept but the reality was much different they presented me with a long list of rules that were impossible to comply with and penalties for breaking any one of the rules the financial cost was outrageous so I cancelled and was confirmed by Booking.com # [protected] pin # 6334 that was on June 25/23 at 21:57 I looked at my account today June 27/23 and not only was the fee for the room charged to my credit card but the waiver fee for my dogs and a damage fee. All amounting to the amount of $ 330.86. I was never inside the room and told them I didn't like the list of rules concerning my pets which I received only after I signed the agreement I told them I was going to cancel, returned the keys they gave me and called you to cancel the online booking. You cancelled it and send a confirmation notice to my email address. Apparently they don't want to comply. Would you kindly contact the hotel?
