We were offered a discount on a showroom set of the ulove 2 and predator gaming chair. When it was delivered, the gaming chair could not even start up after half a day, the ulove2 roller was intermittent and jumps which hurts our back. After much exchange with CS , we lost confidence of showroom set and decided to upgrade to ulove3 and paid the difference.

But to our next dissapointment the set came with a defective left side Speaker that has a cracking sounds. Please improve on Customer care and QC not to mention salespersoon followup

Desired outcome: Exchange for a reliable set of ulove 3

I also facing the similar issue as I do not know what to do. I had tried to reach the customer service hotline and the result is always busy and unreachable. Then I went to the outlet and the outlet staff advised me there is nothing they can do much as they are only do selling. End up I tried to report the case to tribunal Malaysia and make some noise at Facebook Osim Malaysia, they contacted me immediately with my request to speed up the service. The product is very low quality and not reliable. I also made a big mistake not do a review first before buying the product.
