I recently got myself an Orion monocular spotting scope from telescope.com and boy, was I impressed! The shipping was super fast and I saved a good $50 by buying it online. I mean, who doesn't love a good bargain, am I right?

But that's not all, folks. Telescope.com has a massive catalog of products that are all priced very reasonably. I was blown away by the variety of telescopes and binoculars they had on offer. It was like a candy store for astronomy enthusiasts like me.

I must say, though, that I did come across a couple of spelling errors on the website. But hey, nobody's perfect, right? And it didn't affect my overall experience with the website.

All in all, I would highly recommend telescope.com to anyone looking to buy telescopes or binoculars. The prices are great, the shipping is fast, and the selection is vast. What more could you ask for?

I bought a telescope from Orion Telescopes & Binoculars on 11/12/2020 and it's already 12/04/2020 and I still haven't received it yet. I was supposed to pay in installments, but they charged me the full amount of over $400 today. I talked to customer service and they said it happens all the time. This is fraud! I've been waiting for this telescope for way too long now. If you don't want to wait with no updates, buy from somewhere else.

I gotta say, I had a pretty rough time with Orion Telescopes & Binoculars (telescope.com). I was stoked to get my hands on a mount, so I went through one of their retailers to make the purchase. But boy, was that a mistake. The mount was supposed to ship out in April, but then it got pushed back to May. And then June. And then July. And now they're telling me it won't ship until September. And get this - they already charged me for it! What gives?

I did some digging and apparently they've been prioritizing orders made directly through their website over orders made through their official retailers. So people who ordered after me got their mounts while I'm still waiting. Talk about frustrating.

Honestly, this whole experience has been a real bummer. I'm super into astrophotography and was really looking forward to using this mount, but now I'm not even sure if I'll ever get it. It's just been a really unprofessional situation all around.

Orion done did it again! They shipped my order and then decided to call UPS and have it sent back to them before it even got to me. And get this, they charged me for the item four days later! Can you believe it? Now I ain't getting the telescope for my son and they still took my money. What a bunch of idiots! They just lost all my future business, that's for sure. I even called to cancel my order on the 23rd and they still went ahead and charged me on the 28th. I got a screenshot of the UPS tracking to prove it. I don't know how stupid they gotta be to pull a stunt like that. But hey, that's just my two cents.

I gotta say, I had a pretty bad experience with Orion Telescopes & Binoculars. I was trying to order a telescope on their website late at night, and I made a mistake. So the next morning, I called them up to cancel the order so I could get a different one that cost more. But the person on the phone was confused and said it had already shipped, even though they don't do pickups until 10am. I tried to explain that I just wanted to cancel and reorder, but they said it was too late.

Later that day, I got an email saying my order was ready to ship and to call if there were any issues. So I called the next morning to ask for tracking, and the lady on the phone was so rude! She gave me the tracking number, but I noticed that it had been entered half an hour after I had called to cancel. So they could have canceled it before it even shipped, but they didn't bother. Now I have to wait for it to arrive just to return it, and I'm never ordering from them again.

Their customer service is terrible, and they don't seem to care about their customers at all. My son and I were really excited to get into this hobby, but now we're not so sure. It's a shame that our first experience had to be with such a joke of a company. I might just give up on this hobby altogether.
