Orient Health Insurance review: Refused to renew existing insurance policy because insurer is pregnant

I bought the insurance policy for

Last year for my wife for 1400 AED from there sales partner.

One month before the policy expiry I visit the office to renew the policy. The office staff came to me and inform me that the premium will be 1770 AED. I agreed. the agent go inside the office and come back to me to ask if my wife is pregnant. I said yes she is pregnant for 7 weeks. He go inside the office again, come back after 10 minutes to informed me that the policy can not be Renew because the policy was issued in wrong categories, we need to make it right categories.

He told me new premium will be 14400 because need to buy new policy, and beside she is pregnant. Which is not right according to the low in Dubai.

They have number of people in there office to cancel and reject the existing policy, and they do not renew the policy if there is expense to cover.

They have many people in there office to deal with the authority, even in the court, wrong way There is no way to cover any emergency or existing medical from them.

Highly recommend people to stay far away from this company..
