On March 25, 2023, I purchased a truck from Orange Truck Sales located in Orlando, Fl and while my sons were still at the dealership I discovered several things that I had concerns about, but after having the truck for just 5 days there was $5400 worth of other items found wrong with the truck. I contacted the salesperson Francisco and he directed me to his Manager Raphael. I expressed my concerns and he began making excuses for the $1000 discount that he gave because we paid with a $28,000 cashier's check. First, he claimed that the discount was for the falsely advertised sufficient missing tires then he tried to say that the discount took away the 90-day warranty, but once he realized that I was not going to allow him to keep taking me in circles raphael began acting like he wanted to comply with the 90-day warranty that was offered with the sale, but once I would not agree to him sending my mechanic a rebuilt non-warranty alternator he stopped communicating with me concerning this repair. I had to immediately replace 4 tires on the truck before we got the truck back to our home state 2400 miles away. The 2 front tires were bald the 2 inner rear tires were severely damaged. We could not see the inner tires but I did question the bald 2 front tires and they kept claiming that they don't change tires. I continued with the purchase because we had traveled by plane to purchase this truck that was posted with 2 tires with sufficient tread on them and the 2 outer tires. It was impossible to see the 2 inner damaged tires in the rear. The trailer was dirty, the air filter was dirty, there was no fuel in the truck, the windshield wiper fluid was almost empty, etc. I asked for him to settle these issues with me in some kind of way due to his offering in writing a 90-day warranty, but as of today, Raphael has yet to respond since his initial efforts to offer me more insufficient parts.

Desired outcome: I would like to be compensated for the necessary repairs in order to safely operate my truck.
