I have had nothing but ulcers and aggravations from the Billing Department from Optum specialty Pharmacy. I don't even know where to begin to file a complaint. In short... They have missed my post cancer medication delivery on more than 1 occasion because of billing discrepancies on their end. One day they say I owe money the next they say I have a zero balance even though they have two not one but two cards on file for automatic billing of my medication which I receive every 28 days. I am so sick of dealing with them. I wish they had a personal account manager with whom I can deal with. I've asked for itemized billing details which I have received stating I owe nothing to then get a call the next month saying I owe for my medication from 2 months ago. I just can't stand dealing with them but my insurance company forces me to use them for my medication delivery.

Desired outcome: I need help. Who can help me? Can I work with one person there only. One person who knows the details of my account? I am so fustrated.

so frustrated attempting to get meds filled! one time you can get 3 months the m-next month you are lucky if you can get your meds delivered! new job same insurance...6 weeks later still no meds. no one knows what the other is doing. on hold for 20 minutes never did speak to a supervisor!
