Optical Outlets service

Optical Outlet, 1150 E Vine st, Kissimme, FL 34744

This must be by far the worst unprofessional optical there is. Starting from the customer service rep named Zuli Vega to the manager Doris Rodriguez.
I arrived to pick up my daughters contact box that had been ordered and first there is no one at the desk and only one clip board where people are signing in, so I proceed to sign in. Minutes later a lady name Zuli comes to the front desk and puts up another clip board, now there are two, one for walk in or pick up and one for appointments. After about 10 minutes I get up to see why there were now two clip boards, I tell Zuli I had signed on the wrong one because that was the only one available at the time I arrived and no one was there to tell me otherwise. She said ‘well you need to sign your name on the pick up clipboard.’ I told her I had been waiting a while and quite a few people had already signed and arrived after me if she could please get my box as I had 10 minutes left to pick up my daughter from extended school or I would be charge with a late fee for every 15 minutes I was late. She didn’t even apologize or acknowledge my concerns, but instead spoke in Spanish and said you have to wait until someone is available. I stood there watching her train this other girl as people were being called and because of their negligence of having the right information at the desk or someone there at all times to assist people correctly I was late to pick up my daughter. After another 10 minutes and seeing how rude she was to most patients I asked for the manager, Doris Rodriguez, I explained the situation and again no apology or a way to try and resolve the issue at hand. After they went to work with other patient the lady that was being trained kindly got me the box I was waiting for and I was able to finally leave. This will certainly be the last time I use optical outlets and I will make sure everyone knows how unprofessional and ghetto most workers are there.
