Onpassive I have been a founder since day one in June 2018

I have been a founder since day one in June 2018. I worked with my team and several of them received their refund after requested successfully. ONPASSIVE will always refund if founders requested properly. Those founders have not received refund because they did not follow the rules to request for refund. They post their complaints for no reason due to their failure. Simply contact support for refund and they will honor it. Don't listen to these doubters or naysayers. ONPASSIVE already has 1.2 millions founders and we are in this to WIIN it! Get in now before too late.

As a former police officer and current CEO/Managing Director of U in the UK, I was introduced to ONPASSIVE LLC through a personal invitation from a former Federal Law Enforcement Officer in the USA. We had something in common, you could say. However, like anything online, I conducted my own research and due diligence on ONPASSIVE as a company, its founder, and CEO. I wanted to understand the vision and passion of the original founders and what they ultimately aim to achieve. After gathering all the evidence and facts, I made a decision, similar to how decisions are made in law, based on my belief beyond any reasonable doubt. Taking a leap of faith, I joined and became a founder. Witnessing the professionalism and leadership within the community, with everyone leading by example, has been an honor and a privilege. I wish success to all who have participated in the past, present, and future. Therefore, I strongly recommend that you conduct your own due diligence and not rely solely on one source of information that may discourage you from joining such an amazing company.

Onpassive Non-compliance regarding refunds!

In September of this year (2023) I have raised 3 tickets on two positions requesting a refund of the original $97 that was paid upon joining Onpassive. My response on both of those positions on the 3 tickets were absolute runaround information and then checking today they have deleted all 3 tickets saying Resolved on both accounts. I have requested both accounts refunds to be sent to my Paypal account. I have included my email address in another new ticket that was given today 09/28/2023 in the website. I have found no form of any kind to be submitted to them for a refund.

Desired outcome: "Please refund"

Onpassive Potential and Pitfalls: My Experience with Onpassive's AI-Powered Business Platform

I recently came across Onpassive and I gotta say, I was pretty excited to join their team. I mean, who wouldn't want to work for a company that promises to revolutionize the way we do business? So, I applied and got an offer letter. But, before I could even start my new job, they fired me! Can you believe it? I was devastated. It's like they were playing with my career.

But, let's talk about the company itself. Onpassive is an AI-powered platform that offers a range of services to businesses. From marketing to HR, they claim to have it all. And, if their website is anything to go by, they seem to be doing pretty well for themselves. But, as we all know, looks can be deceiving.

One thing that really stood out to me about Onpassive was their commitment to innovation. They're always coming up with new ideas and pushing the boundaries of what's possible. Onpassive Refund for founders

I'm commenting for a friend. His comments and concerns are below.

I have been trying to get a refund from Onpassive for a week now. I have a different method of payment than when I initially had when I paid. All I wanted to do was to update my method of payment and have the refund issued.

The communication from support has been days and days of the same thing. First, support won't fully read my messages and they keep sending the same reply over and over saying to fill out a form but there's NO FORM.

I’ve asked them to send me a form, but they completely ignore this request and won’t even acknowledge it.

They are saying they will send the refund through Stripe to my original bank card. I have told them every time that that card is no longer available, and I need to update to my new card and that I don't have Stripe in my country. I have asked for a simple email transfer or paypal but they have completely ignored these requests every time too.

I'm absolutely floored at how poorly a simple refund is being handled. There's no other option to talk to anyone about this and it seems that they are dragging this out on purpose.

If anyone can offer some help with this, I would appreciate it.

Desired outcome: Send my refund through Email Transfer ASAP.

Onpassive Refunds

I have decided that oppasive is not for me and would like a refund back. It has been 10 days and several tickets and emails to get a refund. You would think this would be quick and painless. I have had the run around, been misinformed and lie too. The customer service sends repeatedly emails asking the same questions over and over. A email comes back asking you to login to the back office and when you login in there is no form to fill out. The email says to fill out your payment for refund and yet no form.

So sad that customer service cant figure out the simplest tasks and still not solve. Ash said we are here to help and we are one big family. Some how customer service does not understand that customer service is first and they are there to help.

Onpassive Onpassive

After 1 week of several tickets and emails I still have not had both answered. I am asking for a refund on my position and customer service gives me the run around. I have been misform, lie to, added stress and frustrated all to get a simple yes we can refund your money. In the email the Pacific directions were to cancel and get a code to fill out a form. Guess what no form.i had my banking changed and was told that I could fill out on form new method of payment. How can i do that when there is no form. I just want a email transfer that takes 5 minutes to do.

I would like a refund. I was asked to become a member of a company that will go public soon named GoFounders (stocks kinda of invesments). After becoming a member I researchrd the actual company name which is ONPASSIVE and the information I found is that this is a scam, many people have been scammed and the "company" has never launched. Onpassive On 2/4 I filled out the refund form and then sent an email to the support email requesting a refund

On 2/4 I filled out the refund form and then sent an email to the support email requesting a refund. I have sent six emails to the company since that day but I have not got a single response. I also raised a ticket on 2/9 but the ticket has been pending ever since. I just want a refund as soon as possible. I paid $97 to*** on 1/14, and I want to get this money back via***. I tried filling another refund form but the form has been taken down from the internet. This does nothing to assuage my ever growing doubt that this company is legit. I want my money back. I want NOTHING to do with this company ever again.

Onpassive This co keeps saying they will launch, yet there always is an excuse of not being ready

This co keeps saying they will launch, yet there always is an excuse of not being ready. I have requested a refund of my initial invest of $102.us , it took a few days of going back and forth with support and then on May 23 it got filed as they finally sent proper instructions, they said 7 - 10 biz days the refund would be processed and in my account.. Nothing of that sort has happened so far and yet I get support emails with lots of excuses, they use a different name and email (Paul not Jodi is used and not my email address yet they are responding to my email address) to say it's in process or it's done, and it is not done, and I'm still getting the run around. I would like my refund

Onpassive I joined gofounders, also known as onpassive for 97.00 along with a 5.00 processing fee in Sept, 2020 and paid another 97.00 along with a 5.00

I joined gofounders, also known as onpassive for 97.00 along with a 5.00 processing fee in Sept, 2020 and paid another 97.00 along with a 5.00 processing fee again in Sept, 2020 and as of filing this complaint there has been No action taken by supposed company to deliver services promised. Further more the gofounders required me to sign a NDA both times I paid in, however there is no evidence the company has done Anything they advertised. The company does not respond, does not honor refunds as claimed and promised and the listed CEO, Ash M has numerous complaints for running fraudulent businesses. I want to file a complaint in hopes of getting my 204.00 back and preventing any further damage to other victims.

While paying to become a founder for Onpassive Gofounders the amount of INR 9086 deducted twice on 8th of December . I want my refund of 9086 asap As I have registered with your esteemed organization Onpassive Gofounders as an Founder on 8th December at around 3:13 / 3:16 pm in the afternoon through my hdfc bank account. The amount of INR.9086 got deducted twice and I have also informed this to your field marketing team and they told me that they have updated you through the ticket raised in that Onpassive website. Even I raised two tickets regarding the same issue on the same day 8th and also on 9th of dec 2020 but still it is in pending status. I have attached all the screenshots of my bank statement and even the SMS which I received while registering as an founder with Onpassive Gofounders. Till today no one responded and even in your website. If this is the case then I will go and post this in all social networks about your Onpassive Gofounders then I am not responsible. Request you to resolve this issue as soon as possible to avoid some discrepancies. If you are unable to resolve my issue then I would request you to refund my paid amount to my account asap.

I just want my money back As I started I have been contacting these people from 10/27 till 11/16 to get my refund for my husband and I and all I continue to get is the run around. I joined this company when it first started and I also added my husband. We both paid $97 to join. At that time I was told to send my sponsor's sponsor the money via Paypal which I have proof of and she will then get it sent to Ash. At that time she had to western union Ash the money because his Paypal was shut down for whatever reason. So now that I'm trying to get my refund they keep sending me the same stupid emails saying they received my refund request and that it will take 7-10 business days to get my money sent via the method it was received. So I continusely emailed them back stating my funds were sent via Western Union so how will it be possible for you to send anything to me if you have no payment method to send it to nor have you asked me where it can be sent. Still no answer...still the same stupid email. I offered to send my PayPal or cash app information so that my funds could be sent that way and still the same email. I'm tired of running behind these people for my money. I've been nothing but patient but now I'm ***. Because at the beginning of this business we were promised a lifetime refund statement. Now they want people to sign NDA's which I did not sign so that doesn't apply to me. Therefore the "lifetime refund" does. So I want my money. There was absolutely NO problem receiving and taking my money. So there should absolutely be NO problem giving me my money back. This company seems to break promises all the time. But the lifetime refund should not be one of them!
