This company's production of DVDs is poor and they don't stand behind their products. I ordered the movie 'Viva Zapata' for my father's birthday in July. The DVD is missing the beginning and the ending of the movie! It begins in the middle of the first scene of the movie and ends without showing the actual ending of the movie.
I've emailed them no less than 4 times asking where to send this DVD back for a refund. Even though their website promised customer service responses within 24 hours, I have yet to hear back from them.
Stay away from this Rip-off outfit.

ordered a Disney release that was very hard to find. I received the DVD and for a Halloween treat, gathered the grandchildren and lots of treats for a fun evening show. The quality was like this was copied with a cheap cell phone video. It skipped, went blank in spots, sound was off and stopped about 20 minutes into it. I am going to have Capital one return my funds. They will try to contact this rip off person or company for me. He should be put out of business.
I ordered a DVD and got a burnt CD copy that is horrible. I didn't pay for a copy I paid for the movie. I'm on my 3rd email trying to get a response.
I spent 18.20 for a copy of a movie! That's not in the disclaimer. I expected to have a REAL movie! Not impressed with this site, and to see that its domain is for sale, explains a lot!

We really did not love the condition the item we received from this company either. However, posting an individuals information on a site like this is irresponsible. Especially with children involved.
This guy has a family. You should remove the post if you can. Especially if there might be a chance you are wrong.
However correct or incorrect you may be, this guy can subpoena complaintsboard.com to get your information and come after both you and complaintsboard.com for countless accounts of defamation, slander based on this post. Courts are not very forgiving when children are involved!

He not only runs OnlyClassicMovies he also operates ClassicMovieReel.com and theclassiclocator.com. I don't know if he runs JustClassicMovies or not, but there's a lot of similarity in the names.
His name is Dane J Gallivan and he lives in Colorado. I believe Parker Colorado, but it may be a smaller town near there.

First, I do not know if JUSTCLASSIC MOVIES is the same Company you are writing about. But I am think it is. The names are almost identical and the comments mirror mine exactly. I have not had an order confirmation, my emails are not answered. I feel very uncomfortable that I gave the person in question any information. Very angry Dane
i am currently in the same position I have ordered and paid for a dvd and have sent numerous emails asking when they will be shipping this item as I live in Australia . I have left 8 emails requesting they contact me but they havent this has now been going on for a week without a response . I am wondering if they are INFACT A REALON LINE STORE OF A RIP OFF .
