Placed and paid for audio download. The download was for another browser that highjacked my computer. I was told to send a video of the problem. I was sent a link that had an error twice. Finally asked for my government identification because it is copywritten. I asked numerous occasions for a refund. This has gone on for several days. Customer service has been no help. I just want a refund.
