Online Exclusives review: I ordered from online exclusives, no shipping updates, product not received.

Ordered on 4-22-22 shoes from Online Exclusives. received order #8362 and $20.99 payment was deducted immediately from my account. Site says will receive shipping email update shortly. Also says delivery 8-14 days. I emailed twice & left 2 voicemails. Phone goes straight to voicemail. I've had no response from them at all! Please help. I just want my money back.
