Onesoft Global Pre. Ltd review: In app purchase of coins and gems not received TWICE

Date is 9/30/23 at 5:30 pm cst. I paid for a “daily pack” during game play, it cost $3.99usd and never received any of the items in the game. It was at 4:15 today, so about an hour and a half ago, and I am still waiting for the gems and coins to credit to my game account. This is on the game called “Galaxiga” which I got on the App Store. I had already purchased a different game pack last week with the same result - purchase went through, my bank was debited the money, and no game pack ever credited to my game account. That was 99 cents so it didn’t bother me much to lose 99 cents. I sent a complaint and refund request to Apple about the issue and apple actually denied my request. It isn’t on apple to pay customers back for other companies screw ups, anyway. But I need the gems and coins I paid for today and a refund will not resolve the issue because I would like to upgrade some ships and buy others and can’t without the gems. When I purchase in app I expect to be immediately given what is purchased, right then, and not wait more than a second or two. I would like to have the pack I purchased, now, please and thank you.
