oneonone (ionOS) review: Unauthorized addition of an online store to the account

Soon after ordering web hosting (7/22) I started getting emails that wanted to collect monthly $26.60 for an online store. I never ordered an online store, don't need an online store, refuse to pay for an online store. I'm now getting mail from a Radius Global Solutions LLC demanding $26.60.

I did call IonOS support, they told me to cancel the online store from the web page, or contact the cancel department. There is no place to cancel anything on the web site, and the cancel department hung up on me. This is not only terrible, but I feel illegal. This behavior may be welcome in Europe, but not in the USA
