Ginger at Onceuponateapup.com is located in California. She sells dogs for a Korean Puppy Mill Breeder at www.jungpuppyclub.com. Her puppies come from puppy mill breeders and auctions that are held in Korea. She acts these puppies are hers and that she breeds them but, what she fails to tell you is that they are shipped to her at age 5 to 6 weeks old. She falsely advertises puppies at 3 to 4 months old but, if you notice when you get the puppies the vet will tell you the puppy is not that age. They are only 5 to 6 weeks and they have hardly and baby teeth at that age. Jung Puppy club lies on the documentation to get them in the USA. It is a law on importing puppies for resell in the USA and they are supposed to be 6 months old. This law is listed in the farm bill http://www.thewrongpuppy.org/puppy_import_law.htm . Please view here the law for importing puppies for resell from another country. She is breaking the law and should be shut down. I will be contacting all government agencies including Customs and also USDA and report her. These puppies have been reported to have been sent to the USA with parvo, distemper, congenital/genetic defects. Do not fall victim to Once Upon A Teapup or Bonjour Puppy. Please be informed before sending payment to a puppy mill broker like Ginger and her friend also Jina at Poshpuppyfairytail as they have two websites that are very similar. This is a horrible pet trade and should be known about. Do not fall victim to their lies and greed ! These puppies are coming form a country where dogs are eaten every day. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YahVNUfnlSE, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fvaJwpDc0rs This is very horrible and needs to be known about and by buying from these Korean sellers you are supporting this horrible industry! Dogs are farmed and served at restaurants in South Korea! So, buyers beware!

First and foremost, I'd like to thank Ginger for all her help and follow ups. Her puppies are Awesome in every way. Absolutly beautiful color, body, but more importantly is thier health and personality . So sweet, so docile, very healthy. You can tell they are highly socialized and cared for daily, she does not have puppy mill puppies! I visited Ginger's home prior to chosing our boy and was very impressed with the care given to each puppy. You can tell she loves taking care of the puppys and gives them alot of love and socialization. Ginger never once told me she bred the puppys she sales, she was very honest regarding the puppies coming from Korea. I spent much time visitng local breeders looking for my puppy and I have to tell you I wasn't impressed with what I saw till I visited Ginger's home. Ginger's husband Al hand delivered our puppy to us when he was ready to join our family and from the first call to delivery it's been first class service. So thank you Ginger and AL for giving us our sweet sweet boy.

Don't ever trust the pictures. Don't ever believe what they tell the age of the puppy. Don't be surprised you received a sick puppy. She will charge you three times more price then Jungpuppyclub listed on line. She makes so much money from all of the victims, in exchange for the bigger house she is moved in.

Ginger sent us 2 dogs both died horrible deaths within days after thousands of dollars in life saving precedures. Our family is devastated emotionally and financially. Ginger has 7 felony counts. She has sold her home and assets and living the high live in a lavish rental mansion. Perhaps you can purchase one of our dead dogs as she has them posted for sale...of course who knows what dog you will really get. Our dogs had necropsies confirrming Parvo and their ages were not 5-6 months but 8-9 weeks. She has them posted for sale on UTube. oO Course, due to these legal distractions she has changed the name of he company to"Beverly Hills T cup"

People - if you are looking for a top notch small dog; go to a local Dog Show. Below is a reputable link that has info.

When, where, etc. AKC dogs shows are being held -

http://www.onofrio.com/

Do NOT completely rely on this. There are KNOWN AKC JUDGES and BREEDERS who have been in some nasty trouble.

Would ask to go to the breeders home. If they are true Show Breeders, for the most part they should have no problem with you coming to their home/kennel.

OR

If you do see a web site that you feel comfortable with, Go to their home/kennel. Look at the adults - are they being taken care of? If not - why would you want to give money to this bad situation only to make it worse. Ask the breeder for references.

Do NOT rely on the fact if they are AKC Reg. - that does not mean every thing is okey dokey. There are many puppy mills pups with Registration of some kind or another.

Get contracts in WRITING.

It is difficult to know exact adult sizes but breeders with experience can usually give you a good future judgement call.

Find Blogs about which breed you are interested in. Ask questions on these blogs about breeders they know.

If you buy a pup because you think you are saving it from a bad place - really all you are doing is adding to the bad situation.

onceuponateapup.com is definitely the same pups as MS Puppy Connection, Jung Pung and what ever else site that is connected. Ginger Turk is probably Wanda Taylor. Notice I put a probably now.

Just went and looked at the onceuponateapup.com pups - same pictures as every one else that is within this group.

I just bought a dog from Ginger. We have had him for 2 weeks now. He was examined by both Ginger's vet and my own, both in my presents. He is healthy and energetic. We have just lost a Maltese that we bought as a puppy 5 years ago from one of the top Maltese breeders in California. We did everything that you should do, research the background of the breeder, visit the home and see the puppy. Unfortunately, out of no where she became sick and died within 2 weeks after first signs of illness. The vet suspected it was GME a brain disease that is more common in small dogs like these. I DO NOT blame the breeder. I think these domesticated dogs are over bred to end up like this. As for buying a dog that has possibly come from a puppy mill, yes these business's should be regulated like our food especially if this culture is eating them. YES that sounds horrible but it is their culture.
By the way, I did see this puppy at Ginger's home before we purchased him. I also saw the pens she keeps them in, exactly like the website she advertises . They do have a long flight to get here and they are at her home for a week to recover from that. I cannot testify as to the age but common sense tells me any sales person might tell you what you would like to hear.

and now the website states, "don't trust the nonsense on the internet" since when and how would any vet be able to tell you that the dog hasn't been photoshopped, or the dog that you are buying is the dog that was advertised in pictures to you? it happened to me... the vet wouldn't know anything about whether i was getting the CORRECT dog that was advertised to me! the best way to buy a dog is if you can fly out to get the dog and see it in person..do not buy a dog unseen in person and do not pay for a dog that you haven't seen in person ..do not trust pictures, to me, i call this tactic " bait and switch", which i believe happened to me, however, once the dog arrived, i had no other option! if the seller will not allow you to see the dog in person before you pay any money down on the dog, that is a HUGE red flag and save yourself the heartache! Trust ONLY those who DO NOT have a problem with you coming to their home to visit the dog first before you put money down on any dog that is on the internet! usually if they don't there is other reasons why they don't want you to see the dog!

Yes the puppies are photoshopped. They do not look like the puppies in the photos. Jung puppy club is being investigated in Korea for selling teacup dogs to the USA too young and lying about the ages of them to enter the USA. He has falsified documents stating they are all 4 months old but, you can take the puppy to the vet and he will tell you just like he told me the puppy was barely 8 weeks old. They are money hungry brokers and should be shut down. I have contacted the Dog Warden in Folsom. It is an ongoing problem for bringing puppies too young on a 10 hour plane ride in cargo. Ginger Turk is no better than the rest of the ### puppy mills and pet stores that are all over the country. Buyer Beware! Get the facts before purchasing a puppy from her because more complaints will come up it I am sure.

These are just a few I found about them. They are disgusting puppy mill brokers for Korean puppy mills. I have seen first hand how this business works at the hands of greed through these sellers. Ginger Turk and Jina both are importing very young puppies 5 to 6 weeks old to sell you promising teacups when they end up being much larger. You only think they are teacups because they lie about their age. Ask them to show teeth of each puppy they sell you. They cant because their teeth dont even exist. Also, ask them to show documentation on vaccines by a vet other than their made up shot records. They cant because a vet doesnt do them.
These sellers are just puppy mill puppy pushers and I hope they do sue me as I have all the documentation to prove who they are selling for and they will be exposed everywhere and anywhere I can find because what they are doing is wrong! What Jung puppy promises you do not receive! They puppies are over photoshopped and very unhealthy! We are going to make this known though all government agencies with CDC and they will keep them from entering the country with these Korean Puppy mill puppies. I have been looking into this over the weekend on how to stop this and just about have everything in line! Anyone else want to know the dirty, nasty truth about jung puppy club and see video proof of dogs he has sent to the USA contact me directly please!

I was in pursuit of buying two teacup puppies from another site and then found a forum telling me it was better to buy a puppy directly from the website of www.jungpuppyclub.com I emailed this man at Jung Puppy Club in S. Korea and proceeded to buy two puppies from him for my family. He does not speak good English so he said he had a family member located within the US whom helps him sell dogs, her name was Jina. I got my two puppies and within 10 days they both fell sick. First with a cough, two days later they had bloody diarrhea and profuse vomiting. I rushed to the emergency Veterinarian Hospital near me and they were in the ICU for one week before they both died. My children and family were devastated beyond belief. I wrote to both him and Jina and no one replied or answered any of my emails to date. I started looking again for a new puppy for my children and saw this onceuponateapup.com and though oh maybe I will be better to go through a person who lives in the US. I noticed her photos looked just like the photos that Jung Puppy Club had on his site. I went to his site and sure enough they are the exact same puppies. Then I noticed one of the videos on this site has Jung Puppy Clubs so called family member Jina holding one of the puppies. I later found out that Jina owns Posh Fairy Tail and Ginger claims to own Once Upon A Teapup. Yet Ginger is getting puppies from Jung Puppy Club who is related to Jina at Posh Fairy Tail. Jina is also holding one of the puppies shown on Once Upon A Teapups website. She and this Ginger are also business partners as Jina told me on the phone. So I know these three are all intertwined somehow. I have found other complaints about these two puppy millers on the internet as well as Jung Puppy Club. Something has to be done about this ring of dying puppy mill puppies from Jungpuppyclub.com, Jina at poshfairytail.com and Ginger and onceuponateapup.com. Broken hearts of innocent families and thousands of dollars lost. Someone please help. I think this cant be legal what they are doing to families. Robbing us trusting Americans of hard earned money and with no regard.

How disgusting please tell me who to report them to as well. With enough complaints we can all come together to stop this importing of young, helpless puppies. I am here to help support this. I was actually thinking of buying a dog from this seller and she lies and tells ppl she is the breeder as she told me that too. Her ad on puppyfind.com says she breeds these dogs when she is buying them from a puppy mill. This is false advertising and fraud. I will help spread the word! I know a lot of breeders and will let them know about Ginger Turk and her disgusting greed and lies.
