Similar to *** experience, I contacted the local *** and department they mentioned they were injunction with and the school mentioned they do not work with this organization in any fashion. I would highly recommend avoiding their elaborate scheme and contacting the school they mention to make them aware of the situation as well.

This company is calling our entire towns businesses for a minimum of $375 per ad which the school is not involved in. Dont do it. When I tried to call the business no one answers and the phone hangs up. Our entire chamber of commerce has alerted our town businesses so we dont fall for this scam. Work directly with your school for money making for the school.

High School has used this company for the past couple of years. They have not only provided our schools with t-shirts for our students with the advertisers on the back but also send us a check for part of the advertising dollars. In times like these when the teams are limited in fundraisng this is an additional amount of fundraising dollars we are able to use.

Being thousands of miles away...we are very hesitant on any business venture for our school and athletic program. On Time Sports LLC has been consistently proficient with their semi annually directives on our T shirt advertisements as well as getting our community involved with our school intitiatives. I would recomment On Time Sports LLC to any organization that needs this type of partnership.

This company will not stop calling us. They keep claiming they are working with the local schools or Athletic Directors. However, when we reach out to the schools, they have no knowledge of them. They gave us a name of an "Athletic Director" but when we called the schools that person was not even an employee. We have asked them MUTIPLE TIMES to stop calling us. Yet every few months we start getting calls again.

This company called me out of the blue and wanted me to sign up for a high school T shirt advertising.I told them I would have to talk to my business partner and I would let them now I didn't say yes I didn't say no all of the sudden they send me a shirt in the mail and requesting that I pay 375.00 for something that I never proved never gave any credit card information to! They constantly harass me And I am really about ready to call my lawyers I hope this can get resolved.

Cold called my business line, we are on the do not call list, but I guess that doesn't matter if you are a business. We are a virtual company and do not use this type of promotion, nor would we as it will not target our customers. There is not a way to ask for removal from your call list on site. We use targeted marketing for our products where we know the business we are sending our product information to, I would suggest that you look into a process to save you time, money, and aggravated feedback like this.

Our High School has been involved with On Time Sports for a couple seasons now. Their company has been providing T-Shirts for our game day events each year. We get a box of T-shirts with our logo on the front and advertisers on the back. Our students, staff and community love these spirit items. On Time Sports also sends us a rebate check after each season - WoW! Money for our programs and we didn't have to do a thing, Every little bit helps our student/athletes! They have been an awesome partner and we will continue to let them help us.

We have advertised with On Time Sports for a few years, advertising on the school T-Shirts, we did not receive a proof and they had the wrong phone number on the T-shirts. This year they called our office and said they were taking over the school banners, which was NOT TRUE. We received a bill from the booster club 2 months later for banners. In the meantime we purchased the banners from them, come to find out they sold us posters not banners, and they are not willing to refund us. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY FLAT OUT LIED TO US ABOUT WHAT WE WERE PURCHASING.

I spoke the business manager at my local high school that I am supposed to be supporting through this promotion. She told me to stay away from this company. She said the high school receives T-shirts from this company every year, but that they not only don't ask for them, they have requested not to receive them, but still get them. She also confirmed that the school receives a very small check from the company and believes that it is so this company is technically telling the truth. But what they are not telling you, is that there is no cooperation with the schools on this and this company is completely in this to make money no matter what they tell you. CALL YOUR LOCAL SCHOOL AND SEE FOR YOURSELF BEFORE YOU ARE SCAMMED!

SCAM! as others report, this is an out of state company, calling my business, disrupting our customer service, for WAY OVERPRICED ads, supposedly with our "local" schools. They act like they are at our local school, and their ads are more than 5 times the price we paid for similar ads, when a local print shop got the business. Like others commented, we DO work directly with the schools for their local programs, and donate directly to the schools, NOT send our local money to Idaho to a scam company. First of all, they should NEVER call our stores while we have customers. Legitimate businesses know how to contact me, and never fake to be at the local school, if not, and like they are my buddy, when deceiving our employees. When I called them back to complain, they were very rude and snotty.

Scam! They said they represented a local school. My husband verbally said we would be interested in sponsoring some shirts for the next season (1 year away). They sent us a vague invoice (with a misspelled name) insisting we pay within 30 days. They continued to email and call, aggressively and rudely each time we spoke. We called the local school in question and they had never heard of on time sports. This company is a scam and will not stop calling. We have not signed anything, or seen a graphic of the shirts or any proof they would go to the school we wanted to help. They insisted the verbal agreement was binding and the shirts had already been set in stone even though we never gave them our logo or any information on our business. In the future when we want to help support local school children, we will do business only with the school directly. On time sports is run by greedy, dishonest and rude people.

Someone called me from ON TIME SPORTS [protected]-***) on June 23. That is when I started writing to them. After calling them "Jerks" for all of their lies, I received this email: ...You have already been placed on a DNC list for sales over a month ago. I checked the recordings and no one had called you.I have contacted my attorneys and the Attorney General of *** in hopes of stopping this organization from calling me. They have been calling repeatedly for a year; I cannot get them to stop. Replying to my email request to cease and desist with calls, ***, an accounts receivable manager, she claims that I owe them money and that she will be pursuing collections against me. She replied to my request to not be called with: I will speak with your counsel. We cannot cease our collection efforts as you still have a past balance of $375.00 with us.Here is a link to view the paid invoice from *** Her latest communication with me, *** writes: Im no longer communicating with you. I will communicate solely with your counsel and the district attorney. You have already been placed on a dnc list for sales over a month ago. I checked the recordings and no one had called you. I will not have you slander us. Again, I will deal directly with them. ANOTHER BARE-FACED LIE!We bought advertising once & now they do not leave us alone. One woman called three times in a week. Today a pushy man called and argued with me repeatedly. I had to hang up. I continually block their calls, but all of them are from "unknown numbers" so I don't know whether I am actually blocking them. I hope that they enjoy the one star review on both *** and the ComplaintsBoard.com. If they persist, a report to the *** and my lawyers will follow.I wish I had read reviews before advertising with them. All I got was a lousy teeshirt!

Although On Time Sports uses an aggressive form of sales tactics, they are a very easy company with whom to transact business. Originally, I received a cold call with the purpose to sell advertising on T-shirts for the local high school's sports teams. Since it was early on during COVID, I told the caller I was very apprehensive to incur additional costs since I did not know what my company's cash flow would be. My usual MO is to shutdown phone calls such as this. Due to the caller's well executed sales techniques, he offered me options and tugged on my heart strings to assist the local high school's sports teams at a monthly cost that my company could manage. Although the original offer was for a full school year, I opted to try one season. When it was time for the next season's sales pitch, I decided to continue since there was a shortage of sponsors and I was offered the same cost and payment plan as the previous season. Receiving a shirt to see the logo presence certainly helped sell me! We receive a shirt each season. Ultimately, I committed to all three seasons, one at a time. As part of the monthly funding option, the advertising staff calls and/or emails me at the beginning of each month to verify that they may run my credit card for that month's payment. All of my interactions with the staff has been pleasant and easy in nature. They are a very friendly group. Any time I have had concerns, they have addressed them promptly. In fact, I was informed that the third season was cancelled by the high school; therefore, there would be no charge for advertising during that season. When it came time to sign-up for the next school year, I had no reluctance to commit to the entire year since I had such a positive experience during the preceding year. In addition, the option to continue with the monthly payments made financial sense. When our expectations aren't met or we are dissatisfied and upset by a company or a person at that company, it is very easy to express our frustration by making complaints. No one likes to feel that someone is taking advantage of them; sales calls that we don't expect can feel that way, but you have time to reconsider your choice if you felt pressured. When a company or the people at that company do their job well, we rarely express our satisfaction. On Time Sports is a sales company; their staff is well trained in sales techniques, but they are running an above board operation. If you want to support your local school's sports teams and On Time Sports calls, feel confident they are doing the job they say they are doing!

I did not authorize this company any type of advertising service. The company is claiming to be calling in on be half of our local high school. I spoke to the principle and he said it is a scam and they have contacted a few parents and they have been ripped off.

This company refuses to stop calling my business and asking for money. We have told them, many, many times, over the phone and via multiple ComplaintsBoard.com complaints to stop calling us and they continue. The last time we filed a complaint against them with the ComplaintsBoard.com, the owner said he had removed our number from his calling list. Clearly, that wasn't true as we're still getting calls from them.

On time sports called looking for sponsorship for a local Highschool. ***, looking for sponsorship for their shirts. I called *** and no one had heard of them. I would assume that the person answering the phone at ***s direct line, would know they were looking for sponsorship in case someone were to call looking for validation that this is in fact a real sponsorship. I spoke with two ladies, both very aggressive. Swearing that this is the second year they have made tee shirst for ***. Yet, they are located in Iowa. We are located in Kentucky.

I was expecting a quote and more information about a placement on a jersey for a local high school team fund raiser. At the end of the call the salesperson said they were sending an invoice and that there would be a proof and an approval. I thought this was how they send the quote. I did not agree to pay and they never made the t-shirts nor put together the proof and they are saying I am responsible for paying for this even after explaining what my understanding was and the fact that they never made the t-shirts nor did a proof. I was unhappy with how it was dealt with an thought I would make a direct or other donation to the high school instead.

I am a 1 person business, so I am the only person answering the phones when I am at the office. This company called me several times looking for me to buy an ad for a t shirt. In my opinion, they called an excessive amount of times, I said, please let me look over your email and I will decide if I want to buy an ad, but instead they kept calling and I may have verbally agreed over the phone to buy an ad just to get them off my back. Well, now they are harassing me for payment, and I told them I don't want an ad anymore, to please cancel, but they are telling me I am legally bound to pay them for the ad. I have not received any goods or services from them, only harassment. They said I have to pay them and that I cannot cancel the invoice. Please help me get them off my back.

On Time Sports cold called my business soliciting donations for the local high school. I thought they were the local high school, *** High School. I want to support our local high school, so after their sales pressure tactics, to get them off the line as i was busy working, I verbally agreed to consider a donation pending background research. They immediately sent me a invoice with very little specifics. It appeared to be scam to me. They sent me their agreement with the high school with very little specifics. We contacted the Athletic Director of the local high school, and he confirmed that they are a fund raising outfit that takes a high percentage of the proceeds. I decided that we would rather donate directly to the high school. Tiana with On Time keeps harassing me with emails demanding payment as they said i verbally contracted to pay their invoice. This is a deceitful way to raise money. They need to be stopped and businesses warned about their high pressure deceitful sales and pressure tactics.

OnTimeSports contacted me to get my company to donate money to have my logo printed on *** High School shirts 3 months ago. I told them I would think about it and never agreed to pay the $375 they asked me for. Since then, they have harassed me calling several times and leaving voice messages and emailing me. They emailed me again today. I made it clear in the emails that I decided not to donate because Covid has greatly impacted my company revenue and I'm not in a position to donate this year. They keep sending me emails claiming the invoice is binding for payment and that I cannot cancel, even though I never agreed to pay in the first place. I never sent my company logo for them to use. They have not printed anything. I have not authorized them to use my logo and I have not signed any contract with them to pay their phony bill. I have emailed them stating these facts but they keep calling and emailing me. I googled them today and your ComplaintsBoard.com website came at the top of Google with customers with similar complaints. Please have them stop contacting me. This is not the proper way to get people to donate to *** High School. I will be calling *** tomorrow to report this and ask them what their affiliation is with this company.
