Omni Cheer I was buying cheer shoes for a niece out of town

I was buying cheer shoes for a niece out of town. I accidentally order 2. I called right way and the would not help me modify my order or cancel, even though the Order was still being processed.they said I would have to wait to receive it and then return them . I feel if your order hasn't shipped I should be able to have customer service adjusted my order. Please help with getting this resolved

Omni cheer is so unreliable. After months and months of waiting for my package I finally emailed them about it and they tell me they will not refund me or resend my package. Never order here.

Omni Cheer The worst company I have ever had to deal with

The worst company I have ever had to deal with. After several order totally over $6000. I attempted to make a return of only 4 wrong sized items and they were returned back to me, Damaged! I was in stock. They offered to give a credit of only 1/2 totaling $60. So unacceptable! This was the last straw after multi unacceptable interaction with this company. I will never spend another dime with them.

Placed order Sept 18th now its Nov 8th. Still have not gotten item. Also paid for 2 day shipping. Yes my order was customized but its well past the 5week period of time it says it takes for customization! I Have called 3 times and im told diffrent stories. First was told its being shipped Nov. 1. Then on Nov 5 i was told its being looked over before shipping and i should call back today for more info. And now I Just got off the phone with *** who could give me NOO information on my order. She said she could only email customization as per her manager I then asked to speak to the manager and she told me the manager *** could not take my call. And I could expect a call back from *** the manager in *** hours what kind of business is this unbelievable! What real manager refuses to speak to a customer?! What business doesnt try to help you with a resolution? I was charged the minute i placed my order.. not when my order was actually shipped at this point it appears they recieved my payment 8weeks ago for merchandise that they have no information aboutnor do they offer any resolution or compensation to this problem.

Omni Cheer in essence has stolen my daughter's money. She worked to get the money for her cheerleading uniform. We placed the order a month ago. When it didn't arrive the scheduled day, I called was told we would have it before Thanksgiving. Well it's a week after Thanksgiving and you guessed it no order. No one is picking up the phone. No one is returning my phone calls. She paid for her items. No items received. THEFT OCCURED!

I ordered a personalized back pack more than 3 months ago, and I still do not have it. Its a nightmare trying to reach customer service, and every time Ive called Ive been promised a ship date that never happened. They refuse to cancel my order and continue to lie about shipping it. Apparently I will need to dispute the charge with the credit card company. I will never order from them again.

I placed an order on 8/26 night and by now (9/4) the order still " WAITING TO BE PROCESSED". I emailed the seller 3 days ago and never got a response. Order #: 4ESM93A The store absolutely has VERY BIG problem after viewing other similar comments from ComplaintsBoard.com. This is not just quality or customer service issue, it is like completely CHEATING and FRAUD if a "seller" never ship the products to customers, not just my case.

Omni Cheer is not a good company to place a order for your organization, They took our payment promised us a shipping date as the website stated now they are backed up and changing our date. Their respersentives have been lien to us over & over. We promised to have our items by October 25th, Our competition is October 30th and we will not have all our uniforms for our girls to participate because Omni is now saying our uniforms will not be out of Production until 11/1

Placed order 2 months ago today. The tracking still says waiting to process. Others who ordered the EXACT same item have already received their backpack. *** says its still on back order so how did newer orders already get shipped & received? Shady. This is the last order I will place with omnicheer and Im letting the school team know to use another company for future orders.

I ordered 4 custom uniforms, jackets, and bags on July 20th. Was told they shipped on 10/6 and was given tracking info from LAST YEAR'S ORDER Was told they would ship on 10/15 Was told they would ship on 10/23 Was told they would ship on 10/29 (I even verified this date with my rep ON the 29th and was told yes, they will be complete today. They were NOT)Now being told they will ship on 11/15 I'm tired of the lies and the runaround. Shouldn't take 15 weeks for 4 uniforms. The catalogs still state 4-6 weeks production time

Omni Cheer in essence has stolen my daughter's money. She worked to get the money for her cheerleading uniform. We placed the order a month ago. Our school started the process of ordering $2000 worth of uniforms on August 2 through the process of a purchase order. After multiple times of our secretary calling them as they would not complete the next step, it had to be redone, then it still took a long time to process. It was finally completed after her being on the phone with and emailing multiple times the order was processed. It is now October and we are still waiting on uniforms and our season ends at the end of the month.

This is the worse company ever! They cannot get their story straight even if you call two or three times within the same day. Constant lies from the customer service representatives. I was told our order would ship on September 10, then September 30, then October 21 and now they shipped today (October 12). This is a made up lie. Our entire season is over and there is no need for this order any longer due to the delays. I will never even consider ordering from them again. No one should order from them, they are bad business operators. If they would just tell the truth from the start it would be more acceptable.

Do not do business with Omni Cheer. Placed an order for cheer shoes beginning of September. Shoes where in stock but did not ship for over three weeks. Finally get the shoes and they are the wrong size. Called the customer service and was told I needed to return and pay for return shipping. I sent the shoes back on my own dime, $20. Its been over a week since they received my return and still no refund! Im currently out $150 For shoes and shipping and Im being told that they are currently 4 WEEKS behind on processing returns and theres NOTHING that they will do about. The agents exact words to me, theres nothing I can do, you just have to wait. They do not respond to emails, the agents do nothing and they just dont care that you are the one losing money.

Omni Cheer Horrible customer service very rude also

Horrible customer service very rude also. Orderd warm *** for my cheer girls that they paid for and they couldn't get them done in time for season. Tried canceling got a different answer to why I could or couldn't from every agent I spoke to. Finally got it cancelled. Was waiting for a refund. Call today. Refund wasn't put through. So now I have to wait even longer to get money that isn't even mine to return to my girls. Pathetic. Waste of time of a company.

I ordered some personalized jackets for my team, they messed up the embroidery and to fix them they expect me to wait a whole other month to get them even though I repeatedly explained I need the production of those jackets rushed since my students graduate and it is not okay for them to make me wait a whole other freaking month. Not worth saving money ordering for this company. *** just does not help and they do not take responsibility of their own mistakes in orders. Terrible and frustrating experience.

Omni Cheer Never again will I use Omni Cheer

Never again will I use Omni Cheer. I had to put a rating so I put 1 star but really it should be 0 stars. This is the 3rd year in a row that I have argued to get my items & the 3rd year in a row that our items will not arrive before camp even though I paid for extra shipping. I placed our order at the appropriate time, uploaded the *** while I was on the phone with the customer rep, and was told the order would ship in 3-4 days. I have called every day to find out if our items have shipped. Every day they keep telling me the *** still has to be approved and I have sent them screenshots from my computer showing on their website that my *** has already been approved by them. Every day they realize they have the *** and tell me my items will ship that day but it hasn't so far. I just got off the phone with them again and they cannot tell me why my order has not shipped. If my order does not ship today, I will be canceling the order. If the items do not arrive before camp, I will be returning every item when it arrives. I will be using one of the many other cheer companies from now on.

Omni Cheer I made the mistake of ordering from Omni Cheer

I made the mistake of ordering from Omni Cheer. My cheerleaders have been without a shell due to them being customized and having the time frame of 4-6 weeks. I have been told every week that I call that they will be shipped soon. I thought I was going to get them prior to our first game but did not. Tomorrow, 9/15, will be the 6 week time frame and we still have not received the tops. I contacted customer service 4 days ago and they claim today they are still researching how they can refund us and send us blank shells so we can get them done locally. I let them know that since their agreement was not followed on their end with the turn around time then their refund policy is incompetent and they should not be eligible to follow that. Of course, they are still looking into it. They also stated that it looks like we will not be receiving the shells until October. We will have 2-3 games left to play. What is the use in having the shells now? The shells were ordered 8/3. If you choose to order from here, get whatever NON-CUSTOMIZED. Everything else that we ordered was shipped out the same week or the following week.

Omni Cheer I placed an order for my daughter's cheer shoes and they never showed up

I placed an order for my daughter's cheer shoes and they never showed up. *** could use some improvement. The online order status system they have is a joke. It kept showing that the item had shipped. A tracking number never showed up on the sight. After calling customer service, I got the *** tracking number. I took that to the local post office to get a detailed report. They basically told me that the scan times, etc. from *** didn't even make sense. *** personnel asked me if the company was a scam. When I called back to customer service, they couldn't tell me what had happened or why the shoes never made. The third person that I was transferred to told me that she could refund my money or see if the warehouse could send it out again. I requested a refund and finally got that, but it was $10.70 short of what I had paid. I guess they took the shipping from my refund which makes no sense since the items never arrived. They are horrible and I ended up having to order my daughter's shoes from somewhere else. By the time she got shoes, she had already been without them for a week of cheer camp thanks to Omni Cheer. I will never order anything from them again.

Omni Cheer I purchased goods on aug 9, only 1 item was processed for shipment

I purchased goods on aug 9, only 1 item was processed for shipment. I went aug 13 to check the status of my order come to find out Omni cheer canceled my order and did not refund me my money, Ive called no answer, Ive emailed no answer, even messaged on Instagram and no answer. Idk if its a scam or what but now my daughter is out of cheerleading until I can find another company to order her poms and spanks.

This company has lied to me at least 7 times over the phone. They have messed up my order and never shipped it. They advised me, over the phone, that they would cancel and refund my first order and I would need to reorder my items & pay for express shipping. The man I spoke with canceled my order in the amount of $179.30. He never submitted for a refund! Someone refunded my second order amount which was $151.30 ( I received this *** should NOT have been refunded). I am still owed $28. I spoke with a woman over the phone in the *** office in September, she advised I was still owed the $28 difference (we were in agreement). She said she was processing the refund and it would all be handled. I have given ample time for them to "process" my refund for the correct amount. I am still owed $28. They have lied over and over and cost me a LOT of time, money for express shipping ($22) because their website also lies about their "processing" orders time frame. I just want my money back that is owed to me. I have even sent an email to an employee there named *** (who initially helped on my 2nd order over the phone).

Omni Cheer This company is the definition of a thief

This company is the definition of a thief. They took my money for items that they knew they did not have in stock and never told me that until I had to call and inquire about them. They also provide a 6 week turn around for customization items and they have not provided me with my items going on 10 week now. They pretend they don't have notes when I call, their customer service is the worst, and they are 4 weeks past the time I should've received my items.

Omni Cheer Order rain jackets aug 2, 2021

Order rain jackets aug 2, 2021. Called to cancel after seeing squad would receive them from the league. Was told order was processing could not cancel. Two weeks last no order, called again. Told order processing could not be canceled. It can process until sept 10,2021. It hasnt been processed they do not want to give me a refund. Thats the bottom line. It cant take a month to process 6 rain jackets. Online it says I canceled my order but yet I cant or havent receive a refund.

Paid for 3 day shipping. Ordered in the 8 a Tuesday and it stated it shipped the 9 but did not arrive till the 14 missing my 11th deadline. And In order to return Id have to pay again.

Omni Cheer I purchased 7 custom shirts on 9/16

I purchased 7 custom shirts on 9/16. When I check on the order at the end of week it said waiting to be processed, the reason it was waiting to be processed was due to the items being on back order. When I placed the order it did not state anything was on back order. I called omnicheer on 9/20 who also stated that the items were not in back order but could not give a reason why the system is showing. As of today 10/10 the items are still showing waiting to be processed due to being on back order.

Omni Cheer I ordered a backpack in July

I ordered a backpack in July. I added customization and expected the order within 8 weeks which would've been last week of August. I called and the item hadn't been customized yet so I asked for a refund. The rep said they would expedite my order and I should receive it within 2 days. I still haven't received my order. I called today, waited on hold for over an hour then someone picked up the phone and immediately hung up. Now I'm on hold again. I just want my item refunded asap. The customer service at this company is awful.

I ordered 29 rain jackets at the end of July totaling over $600 with the understand they would be here by august 21. Ever since that date Ive called multiple times a week and no one will tell me anything! Ive been told everything from they are looking into it to just 3+ weeks ago they were done and being shipped the following day and theyd be here no later than September 15. NO ONE SINCE THEN CAN TELL ME ANYTHING ABOUT THESE JACKETS. This past week I finally spoke to a man named *** in tier 2 (whatever that means bc apparently there are no managers per the guy I spoke to yesterday!) who said hed be taking care of my order from now on- havent gotten to speak to him since. We have 3 games left and NOW Im told they will not refund me and I can not speak to a manager! Im beyond frustrated with this company.

Omni Cheer On August 11th i placed an order for 1 custom cheer duffel bag

On August 11th i placed an order for 1 custom cheer duffel bag . I have never received the duffel bag and the football season is now over . I contacted omni through *** messenger and was told the bag would ship out on october 5th and today is october 7th and the bag still has not shipped . I called omni the man who answered the phone was zero help . I messaged omni again and got no response. I have noticed on their *** page that there are alot of customers who have not received orders. They have used the covid excuse and also labor shortage but i find that to be not true as i ordered a month before this and received those products within a few days! I believe that they are not able to produce customized orders and are stiff arming their customers instead of making it right . I would like my product immediately !

Omni Cheer I made an initial order FTNMUOA on August 13 at 4:58 pm

I made an initial order FTNMUOA on August 13 at 4:58 pm. I was sent the wrong poms, my shell top was on back-order as well as the cheer bag. The date from the back order was pushed back and I was not alerted. I called on August 30 and spoke to ***, he told me a refund was processed and it was not. I then called on September 8 and was given a "processing number" for my refund which was *** and ***. No refund was provided. I called again on September 14 and I am told "for some reason, my refund did not process". I am owed $44.98 for items never received. I was sent out the wrong poms and told I had to send the ones I have back to get new ones, my child cannot cheer without them! I was supposed to receive one pair of black and white socks and one pair of maroon and white. I have called several times and no resolution. I was put on hold for long periods of time with no resolution.

Omni Cheer I purchased 8 uniforms for our cheerleaders on 8/6 which included customization on the tops

I purchased 8 uniforms for our cheerleaders on 8/6 which included customization on the tops. When I placed the order online it said to allow 3-4 weeks for customization. The cheerleaders had their first game on 9/11. Everything came in except the tops. I have spent a total of 11 hours on the phone with Omni Cheer. Each representative I spoke with gave me a different ship date. They did send us blank tops for free (also took a week longer because they were out of stock after they told me they were in stock and I had to call them to find out). I have emails from a rep that finally said the stops would ship out on 9/24. I followed up with the rep again because I had no tracking number and now hes telling me they wont ship out until 10/1! My card was charged on 8/6 and no one can actually tell me if we are getting the customized tops that we paid for. The cheerleaders only have 5 games left. I need this resolved as soon as possible.

We ordered 34 package deals that included 34 cheer bags, 68 pom poms, 34 cheer bow, 34 pairs of socks, 34 cheer spanks, 34 cheer skirts, and 34 cheer shell tops. When we ordered we made sure the representative checked to make sure all items were in stock. We wanted the shell tops customized with the letters RCJL on the front. We asked the representative what the turn around time would be for customization. If it was going to take too long we were going to purchase the shell tops blank and have them customized by a local person that our organization uses. She told us 2 weeks after our other items shipped, so we decided to just go with Omni Cheer for the customization. On August 20th all of our items shipped except the shell tops. On August 23rd our cheer shell tops went into "customization". We still have not received them. We have called numerous times (at least 6 times, maybe more) asking for status of our order or a refund. The company refuses both.

nobody answers I spent an hour on hold yesterday to be sent to a voicemail for support team. No return c today Ive spent all day on hold to have *** call me back that had no clue what to do. I requested a supervisor. As she said shed have one call me back that was over 3 hours ago.I returned Several items from packages I bought Ive spent 2 days calling to try to order the right sizes for the items Ive returned. requested a supervisor said shed have one call me its been 2 hours. This service absolutely absurd and unacceptable. This part was resolved.As for my tops that I was told 3 weeks ago they were being boxed and ready to ship and still nothing. My squads season is half over. no one can give me an answer at. Ive rescheduled pictures. Had to spend my own money to make them shirts for time being. Ive got livid parents that paid for a full uniform and no tops in sight! no answer from omni. Either ignored or just apologized to. Want price adjustment & shipped ASAP

Omni Cheer I ordered uniforms from Omni Cheer on July 30th

I ordered uniforms from Omni Cheer on July 30th. For the customization of the shell tops, the website said 3-4 weeks was the processing time. I was unable to create the order online and had to call and place the order with a representative. On August 2nd the order was processed. On September 3rd I contacted Omni Cheer to find out the status of the uniforms because they should have shipped by then. I was told they were in production but almost finished and would be shipped by September 6th. I called September 8th and was told they were in production but I would receive an email with the status. No email was received. I called again September 10th, and was advised that they have 8 weeks and they were still within their time frame. Which was not what I was told in the beginning. If they had advised me that it could take up to 8 weeks, I would have went elsewhere to order uniforms for the girls. There's not enough room to finish the detail. Still no uniform tops.

On 9/92021 Omni cheer stated that there is a 3-4week processing time, When I spoke with *** to place the order she left me on an extended hold to confirm the processing time is still effective. *** return to the called and stated I would receive these orders no later than 10/22. I later called back and spoke with *** and edited the sizes of the Jackets in order *** submitted me a invoice via email and also verified the same receiving date as ***. As of October 7,2021, I am in an email chain with *** (order Processing), and my coordinator ***. *** and *** is stating "order processing time is now up to 10 weeks", Unacceptable!

Omni Cheer I placed an order that included two shirts (not custom) and customized sports tank tops and customized shorts

I placed an order that included two shirts (not custom) and customized sports tank tops and customized shorts. I received the shirts quickly but the only update Ive had on my customized items is on back order on the Omni site. Ive called twice and have been told on both phone calls that my items would ship November 12th, then November 25th. The website is not transparent and I have not received ANY tracking status emails, even for the items I already received. Because the Omni website has been completely shut down for three days, I cant validate or even get my order number (which was not emailed to me at any point). I would prefer a total refund of my $100 + order since I have no faith that my items have even been worked on or that Omnis customer service reps can guarantee any kind of timeline. On my last phone call, the rep kinda laughed at me when I said these are Christmas gifts and assured me Id have my items in plenty of time, but I dont believe them. No one ever replies from the Order Status email and waits have been upwards of an hour (I give up after that) to get a rep on the phone. I want a refund of the custom items processed ASAP to my original form of payment INCLUDING an email pushed to me with my refund confirmation, because I can see that others have said the refund statuses arent transparent, either.
