There is someone else using my line. I have service through t mobile in Orlando so I do not understand why it is being serviced by this company. I can not use my phone service most of the time because it is grayed out like someone else is using it. There is also always interference when I am on the phone. I also can not receive calls or texts and have to completely reset my phone. My phone number is [protected].

Claimed loss: 3 years of horrible service that never works!
Desired outcome: To be serviced by T-Mobile in Orlando and full refund for my phone never working and no one being able to call or text me!
