He asked if i was a meat eater, i said no. He told me it wasnt working for me, and that i should start jogging more often. Not to mention he was selling meat out of his van.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Maybe you can vouch for them but I can tell you that this company employs people that should never have access to your money. Contractor BRIAN HORD sold me $560 of meat in December and then charged me for $472 On the 14th of January, even providing the corporate office with a signed order slip and claimed to have delivered the meat. Funny thing is I WAS OVER 500 MILES AWAY FROM MY HOME AT THE TIME HE CLAIMS TO HAVE BEEN THERE. Now he only answers the phone to tell me to stop calling.
All you people that complain dont realize that these guys are just doing a job and not an easy one at that. The meat that is being sold meets fda standards and when asked if they had permits to sell food from a truck, they promptly produced one. I am sorry that you people had a bad experience with Omega, but dont think that all of the representitives are created equally. Like Ashley Jones said; Instead of slandering a reputable company all over the internet, go to corporate. And in my opinion, the meat was great for the price that i payed. You must have received a bad shipment. I will vouch for Omega and any one that is weary of making a purchase can contact me and I will tell U what to expect. As a vegetarian myself, I could understand how hurtful that comment must have been. What nerve! Don't waste your time posting comlaints on here hunny...go to corporate and make a BIG deal.
