Lauren Green repeatedly refuses to take responsibility for her actions, often deflecting blame onto others and creating an unstable, tense environment.
She frequently presents a façade of perfection, both for herself and her team, but the reality behind the scenes is quite different.
Her leadership style is controlling, with little room for others to receive recognition or credit.
The focus consistently remains on her, rather than on collective accomplishments.
Her behavior is marked by frequent emotional outbursts and an ongoing tendency to blame others for issues they did not cause. She often manipulates situations and conversations to fit her own narrative, sometimes at the expense of those she claims to care about.
This pattern of conduct demonstrates a lack of empathy and makes it difficult for others to feel comfortable or valued in her presence. it’s important to note that almost all of the positive reputation of Olive & Company Pet Spa Retreat is largely due to its grooming staff, not its owner.
The owner's approach to customer relations often comes across as insincere. During periods of low confidence, she has been known to ask others to promote her business by any means, sometimes resorting to spreading misinformation and speaking negatively about others.
Given these observations, I would not recommend Olive & Company Pet Spa Retreat. The high levels of tension and emotional volatility have a noticeable impact on the animals, who are sensitive to their surroundings and the people caring for them.
There are many excellent groomers in Brookshire and the surrounding area. For the sake of your fur-friends, do not use this place.
Repeating. Yes, many reviews are good, all reviews are due to groomers, not the owner. She is toxic and unstable.

Desired outcome: Take a few minutes out of your day to research valuable, high integrity reputable companies. If the leadership is toxic, know it rolls down to your bff furry friends. They feel tension and even 10 minutes of toxicity is never ok!
