Ohio Lottery Commission review: My lotto rewards redemption issue

Ok so first I rack up my points from all my lower tickets then go to redeem and you gotta check constantly daily just to maybe be able to catch the lottery cash redemption before it sells out, which should never run out being ohio lottery... But now when I do redeem every month I gotta wait after waiting on my redeemed lottery cash... Heres my main complaint... On april 5th I used 400 points then 800 for a $5 dollar and 10 dollar lotto cash.. Recieved the 5 instantly... The 10 dollar is still missing since april 5th... Ive called daily to just be told the same thing... They are forwarding this to the so and so dept... They will contact u soon... Ive also emailed bumerous times havent got my cash yet nor a response or call back or even my points reimbursed... This is major bull crap im looking to get this resolved please help...
