Officer Gilbert Lucero review: Discrimination/Bullying of a Handicapped woman & her Service Dog!

Gilbert Lucero, a Police Officer with Colorado Springs P.D. has repeatedly bullied & harrassed a handicapped woman with a Psychiatric Service Animal (documented and verified)...he enjoys banging on peoples doors late at night and yelling at them and threatening their service animals, throwing things over fences, makin threats, and filing frivolous complaints. He demonstrates the classic arrogant..dismissive...psychopathic attitude consistent with the the worst kind of law enforcement personel. He has been reported to the Colorado Springs Chief of Police for his inappropriate and bullying behaviors. He earns $67, 000 per year from taxpayer money and really needs to be fired. In 2007 he sued the city for back pay arguing he shuld be paid for time to prepare his equipment and put it on! He has been caught lying and misrepresenting information...it's time people like this be fired!...to "Protect & Serve?"
