I was dealing with the Office Yoshimi of Car Parts Exporting Japan and the business owner Masao Kato. I was purchasing car parts and having them shipped to Canada and had no problems for at least a year. I was sent diagrams and was told to wire money to the Citi bank Kyoto Branch and deposit the funds into Maso Kato's account. The service was prompt and useful.
However the last purchase involved 1, 800 CDN and I was told that they parts were on back order.
I emailed on a regular basis for three weeks asking if and when my parts would be in. I received no answer and was becoming quite concerned. I then typed a search for Office Yoshimi and found this website with the exact same complaint. I am in the process of contact their bank the police in Kyoto and emailling everyone on the links page alerting them of the scam this "business" uses.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

i have also been scammen i have bought from them 3 times... everything ok but my last purchased its been two months and 400 hundred dollar the purchase and he no longer answered my e mails dont trust this site look for another one
I needed a part that was hard to find, at first i couln't find it in the UK. Car parts warehouse came up trumps with the part. I was asked pay via back transfer as they were "having problems with their card system today" . The wed site looked right so I proceeded with the payment, big mistake. Needless to say no parts, no refund and no contact not even the phone number worked.
The people running this site are crooks don't get conned in. I've asked the trading standards in Orkney to have a look at the company but I'm not holding out much hope. I'd checked out the company before dealing with them but got them mixed up with a US company that seem to be doing a good job

have had two very quick responses to a vehicle part with diagrams, invoices and ban details for transfer of £130 but after reading this I will be looking elsewhere already been scammed by Car Parts Warehouse (All Parts Finder) in the Orkney Islands. Don't use them either also bank Transfer Never Never do Bank Transfer Paypal or credit card is good if the company is legit.
I was referred to my friend to OFFICE YOSHIMI managed by Masao Kato and Yoshimi Yamada i contacted them with specification of parts i was looking they responded very quick with price and i greed with price for a used Parts, on 06th, October 2014 i transferred US$711.34, Yoshimi Yamada was the one responding to my emails, after receiving my money their response to my emails was not clear as before when i sent the inquiry, i been keeping sending emails since then but no response neither from Masao Kato nor from Yoshimi Yamada, from the above Complains now i understand that OFFICE YOSHIMI are thief's. I bought also for my truck spare parts from Office Yoshimi before reading on this complaint, we spend a
lot money to them.
We have send many of emails to them asking for delivery date of our order, but until today now news with this.

I bought my brand new spare part from Office Yoshimi before reading the complaint. Also a lot of money spend .I worried also after reading .But finally the spare part arrived within a week after payment .I didn't found any problem.Except my payment create a problem to him .Due to I used Western Union payment.But any how I think they honer trade on Japanese trading basis ...
