Well the site is fairly new because the page rank is zero, and for some reason, i don't believe those are the actual pictures of their facilities.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I bought some dvds from odvdo.com. My money was transferred via paypal, but the goods never arrived. They have not responded to any of my e-mails enquiring about this complaint.
