OdeMobile review: Fonus sp-100 noble style power bank

I purchased the Fonus SP-100 Noble Style Power Bank from OdeMobile in January of 2021. I was able to charge the power bank itself once with the USB cord provided. I was able to charge my phone several times over the year when we had power outages. In June of 2022, I tried to charge the powerbank again, but the flimsy USB cord provided would not only stay in the port, but collapsed into the casing. I contacted OdeMobile on June 17, 2022 to tell them what happened. They told me that because it was over 30 days since the purchase date, that there was nothing they could do. I reached out to them again asking if they could at least send me a new USB cord for charging the powerbank. They never responded to me. I am now out the money I spent and without a working powerbank.
