Been working with the Octotasker gang for a good while now, about half a year to be exact. I must say, they know their stuff and the VA's they got in stock speakin' enlish are straight nailing it. Been hirein' remote workers for 15 years all over the globe, and ain't seen this level of proficiency from so many peeps elsewhere.

The way they pick their VA's is no joke. They go through layers of checks and tests, takin' it all seriously with a thorough vetting process. They want the goods, and they get the goods. It's intense, if ya ask me.

Now, truth be told, they ain't cheap. Gotta pay up, no doubt about it. However, they're darn worth it, I tell ya. Do you wanna waste $5k on crummy workers, or just dish out a tidbit more to know for sure you're gettin' top of the line quality workers? Only a nutcase would choose the first one, I reckon.

Don't mess up on this one, folks. Learn from my mistakes and don't bother with finding out which VA's gonna come through for ya. Just throw down the extra bucks and know you're gettin' someone who's gonna come through on their commitments.

I recently had the chance to check out Octotasker and let me tell you, they definitely didn't live up to the hype! They made a lot of big promises but when it came down to it, they didn't deliver on their end of the deal. It took way longer than expected for them to assign us a Virtual Assistant (VA) and even then, they weren't properly trained. We had to complain about a breach of contract before they finally did anything about it.

On top of that, the folks over at Octotasker were downright rude and unprofessional. One of them went on a tirade, personally attacking my business partner with some truly degrading and condescending comments. It was really unacceptable and just showed how shady these people can be.

One big red flag for us was when they insisted on using wire transfer instead of taking payment through a credit card. That just didn't sit right with us, and it turns out we were right to be suspicious. When we threatened to expose them, they abruptly terminated our contract without offering any kind of refund.

But get this - even after terminating our contract, they still had the audacity to schedule a VA onboarding appointment for the very next day! Clearly they were just trying to give the illusion of fulfilling their end of the deal. It's no wonder Octotasker isn't listed on the BBB - I doubt they'd get a very good rating if they were.

So be warned, potential customers - don't let yourself get taken in by Octotasker. They're not worth your time or money.

I checked out Octotasker (octotasker.com) for some VA placements. Paid for 3 placements, but things started off rough. The first 2 candidates he sent did not work out. One didn't show up at all, and the other left after a brief half day. He sent 3 more candidates later, but 2 had issues with pay and the hours specified, while the other had another job and couldn't work full time. After 50 days, I still had no successful candidates.

I asked for a refund, but they refused, stating that they do not work for free. But if they do not provide the service I paid for, it's fraud, isn't it? I was so patient with them, but I can't keep wasting time and not see any results. I paid for a service, and it was not fulfilled. I don't want to work with a company who can't even find 3 people to work and still give me excuses.

They even said that anyone who doesn't want to work will make any excuse. Well, isn't it Octotasker's job to weed that out in the hiring process? That's the whole point of hiring them in the first place. I never had this much trouble hiring on my own, so I wouldn't recommend Octotasker to anyone, unless you want to throw money away without getting any roles filled.

Overall, I'm very disappointed with Octotasker's services and would not recommend them to anyone.
