Octopus review: Content of an advert causing actual physical pain

I sufferer from tinnitus which is made worse by high pitched sounds such as bells or whistles. You have several adverts on LBC that contain such sounds. One of these is the advert for Octopus (electricity supply company). The ad. itself is fine but at the very end is a sharp bell sound which could easily be removed without spoiling the advert. Since this ad. (and others with a similar sound) has been running I noticed that my tinnitus has become worse. The sounds are actually physically painful and damaging. I have tried turning off the radio as soon as the ad. comes on but often I mistime things and the bell sounds just after I turn the radio back on. Do I really have to stop listening to LBC just because of the sadistic form of an advert, it seems very unfair.
