NYFirestore review: Online purchase, Order #2489

On 9/08/2022 I placed an order for a T-Shirt, $26.99 and lanyard, $6.99. On 9/09/2022 my checking account was debited $43.20 for the listed items including $9.22 for USPS Priority shipping. I have sent the fire store inquiry emails on 9/20/2022, 10/03/2022, and 10/07/2022. I was told the shirt was not in stock and that it would be mailed from the distributor. The lanyard was to be shipped by him, essentially the order was split in two and I am unsure of who is shipping the shirt. All responses promise resolution but they never follow through. Just yesterday I was told the lanyard is being shipped and that it was too late to issue a refund. They also said the shirt was being shipped by someone else and that I would receive a tracking number. This has been going on for a month now. I have saved all emails and order information, if needed.
