Nuvela Beauty review: 5 in 1 styler

This styler took over 3 weeks to arrive by which time I had bought a Shark styler. Despite advertising on their site a 90 day no quibble money back guarantee they said I could not return the item and get a refund

They offered to send me another styler. I don’t want the first one so why do they think I want another?

They eventually replied and offered 40% refund. This is still not acceptable. They clearly advertise a money back guarantee
