I ordered the hot, hot air brush in May 2023 - eventually I received it after 3 weeks time. To say I was disappointed is the least. The item is a bad piece of plastic that just happens to blow hot air. Poor quality and it came with scratches and the brush does not rotate like the advert states. On top of this, after 1 minute a funny smell and smoke started coming out the brush. I contacted customer service via email and was promised a replacement product and 20% refund (I wanted to return the item and a full refund but they wouldn’t accept that) - well it’s almost end of July and despite chasing them multiple time I am still waiting for my refund and replacement product. What a waste of my money! Wish I would have done some research before buying it! THIS IS A MAJOR SCAM! STAY AWAY!

SCAM I have never received mine after 3 months. No response to emails. Took my £50 and heard nothing since. Do not order.
I have the same complaint. Besides it being cheap plastic and looks like total junk they sent mine with a plug in that doesn’t even work in the USA!
They will not refund my money
AVOID! I agree, a MAJOR SCAM. It broke after I used it on high (second time I used it). I tried to get a refund through PayPal, but they said I needed to send it back. So I asked for an address and they wouldn't give me one because they said it was in the US so would cost too much. They promised a replacement twice and a 20% refund. I haven't received anything, they have stopped replying. PayPal won't let me claim the money back because it seems like I refused to send it back. Wasted £57. DO NOT BUY!
