I cancelled my Nutrisystem plan 1 1/2 to 2 years ago and did not sign-up for the Club Advantage plan. I received an email that they had processed a payment for the next six months and billed the credit card I had used before. I could not get through on the phone to question and cancel the charge, so I called the credit card issuer and cancelled the card and stopped all future payments, only to discover that this was not the first charge for the plan - apparently I had missed the charges before. I was on hold for an hour with no one ever answering, and as instructed by the hold message, tried the Chat, which would not engage, then tried to find an email address (Nutrisystem.com is the one given in the message) and there isn't one on the website. I want refunds for every charge for this plan. I've had the credit card reissued with a new number to avoid future attempts to charge me. I do not believe this was a mistake. I believe that Nutrisystem may be having its customer service people engage in a fraudulent sales practice.
Desired outcome: Full refund of all charges for the 6 month advantage plan back to the date they started.
