Nu Flow Plumbing- review: dishonest-poor workmanship

DO NOT use Nu Flow for your re-plumb-these are the most untrustworthy, sloppy, unproffessional contractors I have ever dealt with. They quoted me $8500 for a home pipe relining service with a 10 year warranty, stated it would take 1 day. There is another reputable company but they had a 3 week back log so against advice I hired Nu Flow to start the next day-what do you do when your home is flooding? After the first day and $8500 which they ran to the bank and cashed in 20 minutes, I woke up again the next day to a water soaked floor! Called them immediately stated they could schedule me in 2 weeks-what you just got $8500 yesterday-FINISH THE JOB CORRECTLY...after much complaining they sent out their manager-master plumber ..hah...said they fixed the problem...as they drove away the water restoration company found they had not capped the pipes water pooring in again...this happened over and over again, they sealed a wall back up but didn't cap another pipe-had to tear out carpeting, drywall, cabinets...their manager was extremely rude ...problem after problem for 3 MONTHS...they still owe me money for my direct paying a carpenter to fix their mistake...no calls returned...have called corporate, local and national offices to no avail...have since learned of other home owners problems...i have dealt with contractors for years on a proffessional basis...i have seen all kinds of problems but never any company that was so blantaly incompentent and uncaring going all the way up to corporate I would not use any of these franchisees -hopefully when all is said and done they will be put out of business for good!
