NTT Toyota Groblersdal review: Customer service

Please clarify on the following: First reference number 1126768, logged a complaint with Collin. The problem has not been resolved. Note that I will take the matter further now as no one is offering me a solution. I complained about my brakes shuttering because of this shuttering NTT Toyota Groblersdal replaced the brake booster on 30 000 kilos this did not solve the problem - since then I have complained several times. Raymond Reed from NTT Toyota told me that the brake pads must now be replaced at my cost. The brake pads are not the problem! and they are not worn? Why must I pay for repairs that was caused by a problem that should have been solved by NTT Toyota when I first complained and they replaced the brake booster. Now they say the brake booster has got nothing to do with the brakes? Please note that I will hold TOYOTA fully responsible for any further damages as well as any accidents that may occur as a result of this.
