NTL Trust review: Offshore trust and company formation services

I engaged NTL Trust in September 2025 to establish a Nevis trust and a BVI company and paid USD 12,368 in full, against a written quote of "approximately 2-3 weeks." Nine months later there was no executed trust deed, no registered trust, no company in my control, and no bank account. The drafts I received contained errors and omitted a party I had asked to include, and the trust deed was never signed. The firm then terminated the engagement, told me there were "no next steps," and kept my prepaid funds, refusing both a refund and an accounting, despite having acknowledged in writing that a refund had been agreed. This is my own documented experience and opinion. I have filed with consumer protection and the relevant regulators.
