On October 16, 2016 i send Php2, 000 to a certain Melanie Temprosa ( her number is [protected] to buy a nutribullet machine from Melanie's advertisement on Facebook. It was delivered the next day. After 3 days and 3 uses of the machine, the container wont come off the machine which is the only way to turn the machine off, so it smelled burnt electricity. So I complained to her. I also made a research this time and saw all the things i experience in the machine she sold is the exact characteristics of a fake nutribullet, it leaks, it smells burnt electricity when used, it won't turn off properly because the container get stuck in the machine. I returned the item and she accepted. She told me that her supplier will repair the source of the complain. So i asked how will they do that if it is an imported product. Prior to buying i asked her if it is original, her answer was it is the price her supplier gives and she only put a little mark up. She wants to take me to complain to the supplier, but i told her it is her responsibility because i don't deal with her supplier.
it's been over a month now and there has been no action on this. Our FB chat conversation disappeared. Her other FB account called Melanie Temprosa disappeared in my access. She does not answer my call or text. but previous to this she exchange unfriendly text messages instead of dealing with me as a complaining customer.
