We purchased this tub and had it shipped to Washington state in 2011. As soon as payment was made the problems began. We were charged twice! (Several thousands of dollars) and that took weeks to be reversed. Shipping was included in the purchase price but as soon as it crossed the border, Northern Lights abdicated all responsibility to actually get it to our door. It sat in Tacoma for weeks until WE arranged for delivery. Almost immediately the spa had trouble...a very complicated system to be sure, but there was virtually zero assistance from Northern Lights. Days would go by between our calls and emails before anyone would reply. Now, five years later, a major failure of a steel ring holding the tub together has caused the tub to be inoperable and possibly impossible to remedy! Without any help from Northern Lights we have had to gerryrig stamps, marine epoxy, all to no avail.
This tub was purchased as a medical device for severe Rheumatoid Arthritis. The strain of being ripped off for thousands of dollars and being met with indifference by Northern Lights is deeply upsetting particularly since the sails pitch was all about health and wellness.
Please do not invest your health or savings in a cedar tub, especially do not trust Northern Lights to provide you with either a prouduct of value or anything resembling customer service or support. Shoddy product, unscrupulous business.

Dear Ugen, We do not have any customers who have experienced similar service, or similar problems. We also do not have any customers with either your first or last name. As General Manager for Northern Lights Cedar Tubs and Saunas, I would have personally received any complaint inquiries from our customers, and I would have handled them in a timely manner. I have to suspect that you may actually be a person working for one of our competitors and are typing to post negative reviews of our company online.
