On December 7 2023 I received a letter to the affect that Nordstrom was in error and that they would correct this error. During 2016 thru 2023 I had a $2000 balance this was difficult for me to pay because of exigent circumstances.

Nordstrom fails to adopt these policies in order to assist its customers Nordstrom reported erroneous bill and late fees and place my account into collections I paid $700.00 and $438.00.
immediately to get the account out of collections. I still have a outstanding balance that is fraudulent. What I really want is access to the process that leads to the lawsuit.
