Purchased a used washer/dryer and refrigerator. Had a 90 day warranty. Both the dryer and refrigerator did not work properly or not at all and warranty was not honored after several attempts. The dryer never heated up and the refrigerator stopped getting cold along with a broken ice maker. Mirt Oztin, the owner continues to lie about coming out to repair them but never arrives.

It would help to have more details. Is the claim that the warranty has now elapsed and not being honored? Did he come out when you were not available?
