They finished it just perfect. It makes the whole house look brand new.

If you see my 5 star review, please ignore it. I ain't leaving a 1 star for everyone to see. These guys didn't finish the job and lied about coming to fix it. They made up all sorts of excuses. I had leaks, so I had to pay another company to fix it. And guess what? They said No Bull Roofing did a real crappy job. So whatever excuses they give you, just ignore 'em. These guys kept blowing up my phone, begging to come back and fix their mess.

Beware of Andrew from No Bull Roofing. We gave him $13,500 in August to install a new shingled roof, mansard, new windows, and free gutters on the second floor of our house in Nancy, KY. It's been 19 months, and he has only completed 1/4 of the job. We really need this to be finished because our house is falling apart due to his neglect. He keeps making excuse after excuse for why he can't finish the job.

We hired No Bull Roofing to put a new metal roof on our house, along with new gutters, downspouts, and snow guard in May 2022. We paid them half of the total amount upfront, which was $10,250.00. It's now October 5th, 2022, and we still don't have a single sheet of metal on our roof. Our roof has been torn off, and it's a real mess. The worst part is, the contractor won't answer our calls or texts. He keeps saying he'll show up on a certain day, but he never does! We just want our contract to be fulfilled and the leaks inside our house to be fixed. It's really frustrating and disappointing.

No Bull Roofing replaced roof at *** 4 years ago. They gave a 20 year warranty. The roof has 3 leaks, one lets in a lot of water when it gets high on the roof. I've asked them many times since January to fix it. They say they will, but they never do. I told them 6 weeks ago that it needs to be done soon, and they said they would do it in a few days.

I hired No Bull Roofing & Construction in Richmond, KY to do a reroof on 4/12. They were also supposed to install new gutters and downspouts. However, when I inspected their work after they finished that evening, I found many mistakes. They didn't install the new gutters or downspouts, didn't replace or install any drip edge on my home, and didn't use underlay on the back half of the house. They also used caulking where flashing should have been, didn't install snow and ice guard around the chimney, and didn't replace the roof boots. Additionally, they didn't caulk over the nails and left partial shingles and nails under the new roof. Because of these errors, the shingles warranty is now invalid due to improper installation. I contacted two roofing companies to complain, and both said that there is no way to fix it and that the roof needs to be redone. No Bull Roofing & Construction has been a no-show on four occasions now, and they only reschedule after I notify them about not showing up. I have requested a full refund of $5500 so that I can have the roof redone correctly.

BUYER BEWARE. I hired *** with No Bull Roofing and Construction LLC out of Nancy KY in May and the job still ain't done. I hired him to fix my roof (which is the only part of the job that's finished), install new gutters (which were cut too short), and install new windows. They still got one of my windows. I gotta give him credit, he did fix a couple of things for me at no charge and that's appreciated, but it don't make up for all the stress this company has caused us. My husband's a disabled veteran and he can't finish their mess. I'm disabled too, that's why we hired someone to do the job in the first place, so I can't do the work that needs finishing either. He's made promises after promises to be here week after week, but that week never comes around. He won't answer the phone or text messages, and when he does, it's just more empty broken promises. I want the job finished since he's been paid in full, or I want my window back and for them to pay someone else to finish the job they won't finish and fix their mistakes. When I said I was gonna report them to the ComplaintsBoard.com, they had the nerve to say "go ahead, they're a joke anyway." Can you please help me get this job finished?

We've been waitin' for 3 to 4 months for the Contractor to finish a job that should've taken a week, tops. REMEMBER, these roofs are important 'cause if they ain't done right, water can get in and cause serious damage. HOUSE 1) The main part of the roof is covered, but the screws are either too tight, squishin' out the rubber gaskets like worms, or they're loose and not touchin' the metal at all. 2) The edge metal is the same, with screws that are either too tight or loose. Some screws even went through the first layer of metal and are danglin' between the metal without penetratin' the roof. 3) The ridge vent metal ain't properly supported with screws within 1 to 2 feet of the ends. The wind can easily get under it and bend it up. 4) The intersection of the dormer with the main roof and valleys is all raggedy, with screws goin' in at weird angles instead of bein' flat. 5) The metal at the end of one valley is 6 inches too short and don't extend over the roof edge. Garage 1) The main part of the garage is covered, but the 12-foot lean-to shed extension ain't been replaced. 2) They took off the original edging from that extension, but they ain't put anythin' back, so that section of my garage is exposed to the elements. 3) Inside the garage, you can see roof screws next to the 2x4s that were supposed to be screwed into the metal. I stopped countin' at 30 screws. Each one of those is a hole in the roof. These ain't no small problems. Both roofs need to be replaced quickly and professionally to prevent further damage. I can't trust this contractor to even try to fix it. Dealin' with the owner is a complete waste of time 'cause he's a liar and manipulator. 'Cause of all this, the only fair thing would be a total refund, but that ain't gonna happen. I'll be attachin' all the pictures. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY or give 'em any money. In my opinion, they're frauds and should be shut down.

Contracted for new metal roof and gutters on Oct 21, 2020. Put on roof covering not good enough. Now got leaks in many rooms. Still waiting for roof. On XX-XX-XXXX signed agreement with No Bull Roofing to put in metal roof and gutters and take out two trees in back of house before roof installation. Paid $5150 deposit (1/2 of total installation cost). Here's what happened: - They started tree removal, not done yet - First week of Nov. started removing shingles on house, not done yet - Took out 3 big cooling vents on house. Put plastic cover on roof without replacing wood over holes left from vent removal. Covered unremoved shingles with plastic. - Before 11/20 tried calling roofing company many times, no answer. - 11/20 Sent text & finally got response - 12/1 Leaks showed up on ceiling of many rooms after night of rain and snow. Leaked so bad water actually collected on floor. Insulation is wet in leak areas. - Drywall & insulation need to be replaced. - Next rain, 12/4, water still came through ceiling. Crew came back & put tarps on roof. - Tried to get date for roof completion, got this response - waiting for metal color to come - Texted company next week & was told metal is available & will be there to install on Tuesday 12/8. - Didn't show up - Sent text to find out why 'no show'.- Response 'waiting for trim' - 12/14 After rain, roof leaked again with water collecting on floor. Sent text. *** said he would come with crew at 9am next morning. - 12/15 Crew came, no ***. Sent several texts, *** called and said they will be here Saturday 12/19, have all material. - 12/19 text sent asking about loose covering and when crew will return. Responded crew will be here next week, if weather is good. - Nothing week of Dec 21st. After another rain, more leaks showed up in MBath and Living Room ( Water was actually flowing down the interior window shutters) - 12/28 Sent text asking when crew will be back. When no response, sent email and text that we will contact ComplaintsBoard.com. *** said they are out of town and will be here next Monday. Even though No Bull Roofing is saying next week for completion, we've heard this before with many 'no shows'. We need your help to get this work done and also No Bull Roofing should fix and replace the damaged insulation and drywall ceilings caused by their bad work.
