NMX* HEALTH RADAR review: Charges made to our credit card

I made a first complaint to this site in internet due to unauthorized charges made to my credit card on March 2015. This complaint was made for a charge of $49.95 made to my credit card on March 12, 2015. This charge was reversed on March 20, 2015. On my complaint I advised this people to stop making any charges to my account because I never requested their services thru internet. On May 22, 2015 this people made me a new charge of $39.95. I believe this is a scam. I'm an attorney and advised this people on my previous message that my intention is to take legal action thru the US District Attorney's Office in Puerto Rico. I thought they will stop making charges to my credit card after my first complaint. It seems they have no intention to stop. The cyber page of this company has no physical address to complain, nor a telephone to make any request. This people's proceedings are illegal.
Please give us any support you can in this matter to prevent costly proceedings in US Federal Courts, which have jurisdiction in this matter due to violation to interstate commerce clause, citizenship diversity and using internet for illegal purposes.
