NJ Department Of Labor Unemployment review: I have been waiting for an extension since April 2021 and I am going on my third escalation. Claim has still not been looked at 16 weeks

I exhausted my claim in April 15, 2021. I applied for an extension under the federal pandemic which I am eligible for. I call every week even twice a week and I have written and even emailed claims examiners that I had email addresses for. I was told yesterday there is no Supervisor that I can talk to or is there anyone from the Dept. Labor that I can talk to and the company the State hired to answer the phones their workers are unable to access any claimants claim. I have lost everything. I have had no income but emergency food stamps that I got in 48 hrs. I am told clever tales to placate me while I'm losing it all because there are no more tales to spin. This is insane a whole season it takes to get an extension I am eligible for by the Federal Stimulus Package and I heard nothing. Now its ending Sept. 4 and I don't want to be told Sorry your claim wasn't done before the expiration date so you don't get it. It is close to the 8 thousand dollar range that I am owed. What is Going on! Someone Please Respond! I know the unemployment offices are closed. I guess they are all collecting unemployment. I am sending certified letters to The Commissioner, the Deputy Commissioner and the Director. I am trying to contact a news agency to put my story out there because I am the Head of House everyone is looking at me for HELP. I lost one place my car is off the road.
