This breeder does not do any veterinary-based health care on her puppies. She comments in gooddog.com that she does do health checks and has a health guarantee, but she doesn't. She also comments that the parents have been tested, when they have not. No genetic tests are done on the pups. She does do her own vaccinations, heart worming and tail docking, but does not vet the dog prior to sending the dog to the owner. She also appears to be a puppy mill as her dogs are churning out litter after litter without any appreciable rest or ability for the animal to regain its health stamina. Dogs cost between $1500 and $2000 for the Aussies and about the same for the Tibetan Spaniels that she breeds. The space allowed for these dogs is minimal. As far as I can tell, the only kennel facility onsite was a small outdoor dog pen of about 5 foot by 8 foot. They do have a portable wire playpen that they put out to allow the dogs to be outside, but if you have 20 puppies (two breeding Aussie moms and one breeding Tibetan Mom) plus the 6 adult dogs, there's not alot of room for animals to safely roam and be exercised. Also, when visiting to do a puppy check, the dogs were vomiting and had diarrhea. This could be related to weaning to dogs off milk and moving to solid food, but when mentioning perhaps the dogs need a vet check, this was met with resistance and a little bit of hostility.
Per the breeder, dogs are not professionally vetted prior to being sent home to the new owner (costly).

Desired outcome: Have this breeder put money into professional vetting of dogs prior to them leaving her home. Provide an "all clear" vet certificate on puppies that come out of this breeder's home
