On October 5th I ordered Ninja Woodfire Pro Grill for $459.75 which included some accessories. (Roasting lifters, Silicone mitts, Cover, Crisper basket, &3 bags of pellets). Grill did not smoke, and company said to send everything back and they would replace everything. I sent grill and accessories back and they only sent back a new grill, no accessories. I have called several times and they have received everything I returned but won't send the accessories that I paid for. Every time I call, I am told that my account has been flagged as fraud, and they will have a supervisor call me within 24-48 hours. I did get to talk to 1 supervisor 10/31/22 and he said he would get it sent. Still hasn't come and I still get the same answer every time I call, that it is flagged fraud and I will get a call from a supervisor, and no one calls back
