Rec'd order, too small. Wanted refund as sizing is off. Four requests for proper handling. Website indicates 12 hr call back... No response from nicelegant regarding my concerns. Total scam. Will report to my bank.. Save your money with this site, seen on facebook. Had no idea this was from hong kong until I searched for info for return. — packaging came from warehouse: dept ca 15680 salt lake ave. City of industry 91745
I ordered two blouses from Ninelegant on Nov. 21/ 2022. I charged them to my Pay Pal, but they don't have any record of the order. My order is marked paid so it must have been charged to my credit card. The order they said was shipped on Dec. 20th. but I haven't received it. When they do answer they claim it has been shipped, but now they won't answer any of my emails.
