I purchased night vision scope from the website www.nightvisionguys.com. It was mentioned that it was in stock, so I ordered it and the payment went quickly. But after 3 days it turned out that my order was out of stock. I tried to get any answers from the seller, but he ignored me. WTF? I was so furious that I decided to cancel my order. I waited for money back, but the seller kept silence, no money was returned. Total rip off. So be careful if you use this website or leave comments if you have horrible experience with this seller.
Note how easy it is to write something here. There is a scam going around that has been noted on several threads here. Somebody posts fake reviews and then emails businesses offering to remove them. The emails come from Chris Kerr claiming he works for deletereviews.com. This is low lever extortion scam. Clearly this does not say much good about the quality of content on ComplaitBoard.com if they don't do anything to keep these scammers out. here is another situation just like this: eventsnowstartup.com — Company takes some fake money from me.
I have dealt with this company many times and never had any issues. I have also had some items returned and my money was refunded without issues. Are you sure your credit card is not holding back the funds?
