Niagra Crossing Hotel and Spa review: Poor service, ruined wedding cake

My daughter had her wedding on august 6th at the Niagara crossing hotel and spa. Lewiston NY. Where do I begin so much went wrong, I have emails from my daughter to hotel and from the hotel party coordinator. I paid over 650.00 for the wedding cake which they never served only a sheet cake as thin as a piece of paper and they ruined the cake by not refrigerating it, or using it as requested.

I called the manager on the phone, and she only sticks up for her employees.

we were quitted a price on the breakfast the next day which was different then we paid an extra &5.00 a head plus was promised a waffle station and was given ego waffles mixed with the eggs in the same container. And the door handles were broken on the balcony and the air conditioner was not working properly and our guest and all of us were hot. the party coordinator was also the bartender. She used bad language at the wedding party which is not acceptable or appropriate for a woman of her position. Our guest reversed overnight rooms because we had promised that wonderful breakfast. we had over 35 rooms booked for our wedding. Lots came after all our reserved were taken and booked at their own names not the wedding parties names. `

These people never contact you in a timely matter.
