Requested refund on this camera, after testing with a few shots only. The camera was not focusing correctly, and the images were not sharp. Contacted Next Day Deal and spoke to Aaron, who was unhelpful and evasive from the outset. He refused to give me a refund and asked that I send some sample images to send to his technical dept. What a joke - this seller is prevaricating and just will not give me a refund. I have constantly been in touch saying I have had dealings with many companies over the years, and they have always given a refund - companies such as wex par cameras etc
This man is not operating via the sale of goods act - what can I do?
Claimed loss: I still have the Sony RX10IV and would like a refund of the full purchase price as I complained within days of receiving the cameraI would be worried however to trust this man to admit receing the returned camera if he did agree.
Desired outcome: Full Refund of Purchase price £1197.00
